Did you know the red panda is not related to the Giant panda?


The red panda is part of the racoon and bear families.





I have been researching about the red panda I herd that it can climb trees and it also’s squeals to keep the predators away from the red panda. The red panda eat’s bamboo in the rainforest in china I have researched a lot about red panda’s.











2. Description

What type of animal is it?

Describe size, colouring, lifespan and other body features.


Red pandas are about 58 centimetre’s long that was the male I the female was about 50 centimetre’s long. The red panda has whiskers that are white red body and some white on it too.

 






3.  Habitat

Where does this animal live?  How does it find/make shelter?


The red panda live’s in the rainforest in china it is a really foggy place u can even here a Croke thru the deep dark valley. It is really dark and it has heaps of tree’s where they sleep is in the tree’s and it lives on bamboo s they pretty much live right beside bamboo.

4.  Diet

What does the animal eat?  How does it get its food?


The red panda gets its food by going and staying where they can see high view there so they can travel in the tree’s to get there too.












5.  Adaptations

How does the animal's appearance help it to survive?  What animals prey on this animal?


Snow leopards are really dangerous to red pandas because they hunt them to eat them for dinner. The red pandas sleep in trees to stay away from the snow leopards.

6.  Interesting Facts

Tell the reading some interesting facts that you found out about your animal.


The red panda has a squeal to scare the snow leopards away and it can climb trees too. The red panda is actually not in the giant panda family it is in the racoon and bears families,

I thin I did my best I accidentally made a mistake on mine it was really hard and I was so tu meke it was challenging because we tried as hard as we can and it took about three weeks to do it. I was so proud of myself after I did it I was so grateful for it.

This is my carrot math's mystery I did it on Peter Rabbit the carrot thief was Peter Rabbit we had to do 6 question's. It took about two days because I started at the end of the day because we had to do our inquiry because it was for should we keep animals in zoos.

Joseph's inquiry


 This week we did inquiry about should we keep animals in zoo's I said yes because they live longer in captivity than in the wildlife. I did a static advertisement it took about four days to do this I was not in a hurry I was taking my time. A static advertisement is like a newspaper with pictures that are still and can't move it is cool because there were posters and brochure to so this is my work hope u like.

I tried my hardest to do George was really hard because I had to put it in a certain place. And the hardest bit was trying to get the bit's in please and the little details in there too.
